I was just about to say what Fishcat said, it's not a conversion, it's a just the hood that covers the lights. It's a european thing, not sure if we can get that hood in the US.

Hi there. I took these pictures and it really was a Honda CRX. I first thought it was a Focus too after viewing the rear it is a CRX.
 Weird people those french guys.
