why use engine paint? "engine" means it is made for the engine, not vinyl. it will probaly come off if you use the engine paint.

because i noticed a while back when i WAS using the vinyl paint that when it gets hot (around heater vents) it relly likes to soften up an come off if you touch it. in my old integra i didnt have any flexable material in the interior, so i didnt think about it until i had already started painting things that my civics door panels are flexable to the touch

use vinyl die...you can get colors custom made if you go to most body shpos just tell them you wnt it for vinyl and plastic...here is my car http://139.81.142.25/vbulletin/showt...threadid=63311

it is pretty easy to put on....you just have to be patient or else the paint will seperate. You have to do it in really thin coats if you put it on to thick it seperates (Idid this the first time)! So it is pretty simple
