i think it wouldve been better if they started with an entirely new unknown cast, famous actors and actresses are too well know for other characters theyve played. it becomes hard to believe the actor is the character.

Havent they already got a cast?
I dont know if this post is superficial or not, but a real Initial D live action is in the works. Directed by Jackie Chan. I dont think its gonna be that great, but live action races is gonna kick ass! Im waiting for Stage 4 more though.

i thought China was making a REAL LIFE Initial D movie already? I dont want the makers of 2f2f, it'll just be like.....2f2f??
Dudes...think about it, you dont want Americans to make a Drift Movie, you want Japan to make a movie like this. Drifting originated from Japan, not USA. So i HOPE japan or china is making the Initial D movie.
