If you wrote an "artical" and you're not a journalist, why did you write the article? I am assuming it wasn't published.

Who said that in order to be an artical it must be published? I did a project on all Aston Martins and wrote many articles "im my own words" that probably could be published if I wish to do so.

Artical from 2 months ago

Most is stuff I looked up and about 1/4 of it came from Aston Martin's Site. I had to use there site or I wouldn't have a clue on this car

-I know how excited you are SuperCarMan, but Im impressed with your patience So anyway enjoy this short artical that isn't published b/c there is always damn ppl out there who whore all the information up before it gets to us.

Aston Martin AMV8
The Aston Martin AMV8 was going to be named: AM305. Aston Martin Decided not to use AM305 for the name of their new car, but use AMV8. The name "Vantage" comes from its long historic links with Aston Martin. This time it's a specific model name rather than denoting a high performance version. The AMV8 Vantage is a man built two-seater sports car that retains a front mid-engine/rear-wheel drive layout. The designer of this automobile goes by the name of Henrik Fisker. There are also a number of traditional Aston Martin design cues which have been put into the AMV8 Vantage's styling.... such as the front grille shape and the typical side strakes found on all Aston Martin models. The AMV8 Vantage is the first model to use Aston Martin's new unique VH Platform Strategy. Its just a new style of chassis they will be using in the future for all of Aston Martins cars. Alot of the technology in this car came from the Aston Martin Vanquish. Many call the styling of this car as "stunning". the look of AMV8 Vantage reminds me much of a modern Aston Martin. Henrik Fisher (designer) wanted to make it elegant and have a classic body that reflects the heritage and tradition of the Aston Martin brand. I strongly agree with that. The Aston Martin is powered by a 4.3L Aluminumn head V-8. It has a 6 speed manual transmition as well. So I think the AMV8 is a great model for us as it will allow Aston Martin to become a true player in the global sports car market.

End

Scott:

I'm glad you have confidence in yourself...because speaking as a published journalist myself, this isn't all that great.

Firstly, "AM305" was never meant to be the name of the vehicle. It's what we call a program code.

Secondly, your writing style needs to be honed quite a bit before someone would buy this from you.

As long as you enjoy writing things like this, keep doing it. But don't brag that you could sell it if you wanted. If someone offered you money for this, please give me the name of the publication because I'd make a fortune.

All the best of luck to you!

Your right Hudson, I never planned on being a journalist in the first place. When I said "article" I ment a research article. Yep I could have used better words, but I wasn't looking to really impress anyone.

Thanks for tip Hudson.
