don't waste your investment by selling it for less than you've invested on it... duh! maybe before you paint it, you need to finalize your decisions and never look back and don't criticize all the little things that you feel aren't perfect. just finish it!!!

Actually i didn't. IMO he is bluffing. My theory is that he inhaled too many paint fumes from spraypainting in his room (you reallly gotta stop it supra) and he went crazy and lit it on fire until it turned into a big pile of goo which now acts as a door stop to his bedroom door. Hey, now he can air out his room when spraypainting!
