Re: Rosso Ferrari 512tr

I'll be honest and say I never noticed that the seat backs were not filled before it was commented on.I don't think you can even see them in your pictures where the car is assembled anyway.I wouldn't worry too much about it because it doesn't detract from the quality of the finished model.

Re: Rosso Ferrari 512tr

Hello Mikko, Steve,
The meaning is absolutely not negative (about back seats), the reason for the asking is that you make a such beautiful finish work on the chassis and that you didn't finish the back of the seat, that's all.
Now, Steve, OK, you don't see so much of the (back) seats, but you see less of the under chassis, that's why I asked.
Sorry if I chocked you both.

Jamme.

Re: Rosso Ferrari 512tr

Jamme, your comment about the seat backs was valid, no offense taken. I had to check if the backs are visible from the finished model and yes, you can see them. I'll promise to be more careful in my next project

Re: Rosso Ferrari 512tr

i agree with you all...

to point out the back of seat not filled is a positive gesture. sometimes while too engross in finishing a model you tend to overlook some details.

i like comments like this...it sort of gives me an extra 'eye' to lookout for areas like this, the next model will not have the same mistakes!

that's how we improve on modeling right??

cheers!

Hi Jamme,

No problem.I hope I didn't upset anyone with my comments, apologies if I did.I hear where you are coming from with your comment about the seat backs.I didn't mean what I said to come across in a negative way,if that makes sense?
