it took me ten minutes to figure out what the shit IRS ment...

but no, im not upgrading to independant rear suspension.

just upgrading to Four-Leaf Springs and 50/50 Gas shocks.

fairly simple swap, take about 5 hours if I dont kill myself unloading the leaf springs from the car... they can have a wicked kick back if you're not careful.

1984 Dodge Daytona: Big Red.

1985 Jeep Wagoneer: Shagin' Wagon.

1989 LeBaron GTC: The Red Baron

1994 Eagle Vision TSi: Blueshifted

My project LeBaron when complete, I will paint it red and it will be just like my old GTC and I will name it The Phoenix.

I'd think carefully about this... hunt in the yards in the mean time, you might find a good deal on F body or Corvette rear suspension... hell, you could take front suspension too.

Might take a bit of work to make it fit, but it wouldn't cost much more, and then you could beat a lot of cars in the corners too. Imagine the look on an S2000 drivers face as you stick with him in the twisties and blow by on the straightaway?

Yeah, I was even thinking of getting a licence plate suround that said, I'm not speeding, I'm just flying low. And the plate would say CULATER.

Then again, I get enough attention from cops.

Most of the time I call mine "old girl" only because it is 10 years old. Never really set a name for it.

hahah I'm selling my old Nova, it would cost me too much to get it into a decent shape. Reason why i bought the 72, it came already completed with a good body, and brand new interior. Those too alone would cost $2800 to put into my 70, I bought the 72 for $2000 with a blown motor. Not to mention the time and effort that goes into body work and interior.

I hope you can see the logic in that. Pull an el swapo and have a decent looking car that goes hella quick. Instead of a White Trash beater that goes hella quick.

There is a shop up near me that has a Nova that If I remember correctly can hang with Z06s on the skid pad. And a Z06 pulls down a 1.04 I think. The guy says for like $700-800 he can make my Nova do that too.. bench seat and all. Hahah.

The thought crossed my mind... maybe if I get bored of straight lines. Plus a well equipted suspension on a Nova handles good on its own. You may not know but the Camaro was based off the Nova chassis. And the 1st and 2nd Gen Camaros handled pretty good, seeing as they used them in the Trans Am racing series... lets not forget the Nova is lighter too.

hmmm how interesting. my cars name is called Pearl. because she was once pearl white before i changed her to just pure white. the funny thing is my girl friend's name is Jin Joo. which means "Pearl" in Korean. and i gave my car that name before i even meet her so its some weird coincidence. hmmmmmmm now i have 2 pearls. lolz
