You are from Canada?? If so try to find a civic EX-V or a Si because the canadian version of ex are 1.5 sohc without vtec 102hp.
Vtec is a lot better......20hp more

The Ex(canada) have the same interiour option that Ex(usa) but the mechanic is like a damn LX(usa)

Exactly. Plus I think the lines on the EG's are alot better. As to the original question you can make civics very fast. I have seen 10 sec streetable civics and that is fast in any context. Plus my 2k SI goes 150 with just intake and header.
