Re: dog or wuss?

the whole reason i ask this is beacuse of that article, that came out saying about girls giving concent when they are drunk. since it is about if they are drunk and give consent, they can still take you to court...

thats all i was worrrying about. idk. but w/e.

Re: dog or wuss?

the way i do it is that if i can tell she's drunk, then she's too drunk for me. basicly if i'm completely wasted, i don't really care, if i can see that she's drunk then i'm not drunk enough to hit it.

now that's just my stand on it, if you don't feel guilty doing it, then who am i to tell you what to do. if she's offering it, then i'd say that's consent. if she's too drunk to know what she's doing, then that's her own fault for drinking too much.

Re: dog or wuss?

I'm gonna go against the grain on this..because I pretty much always go against the grain, but with reasons. Keep in mind, this has nothing to do deciding whether or not to have sex with her. It was her idea to drink with your friends, it is not partially her responsibility but all of her responsibility to watch what she drinks. I think if rufies weren't used against her, she should be conscious, or atleast make up her mind about what she's doing, especially BEFORE she drinks.

Some women here might be saying, if she's too drunk to have a normal conversation without having her hands all over you, she's obviously severely impaired and you should help her get home...oh? What happened to the idealistic notion of men and women being treated as equals? If it was a guy in that position, they would crash on the home owner's couch, in most cases. Why should it be special with a female?

Some of you women might be saying, leave that drunk $#$^ alone to rot...you are cold...very cold, but it brings me back to THIS point, I think it's up to her more then it's up to you!

*thread goes wild in outrage*

Re: dog or wuss?

i completely agree, it's her fault, assuming no drugs were used without her knowledge, if she gets very impared and does stuff she wouldn't normally do.

my personal stance about it is that i won't do a chick who i know is drunker than me. makes me feel dirty, i've turned down girls in the past because of it, it just doesn't feel right to me.

Re: dog or wuss?

just have a few drinks yourself, get drunk. Once you're drunk as well you are in no position to be making these type of decisions. So hit it.

haha j/k you know what you should do. Its not that difficult to determine when someone wants it or not and its also not that difficult to determine when someone is in no condition to be making that type of decision.

Re: dog or wuss?

well, it doesnt really bother me that much, except that i know a couple of girls that have given consent, and called it rape, and basically got them to be married, or they sued......

yea....that isnt the best thing to learn. go figure.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. But anyway, I've noticed that a lot of women tend to get intoxicated much faster than men (for the most part...not always). For this reason I let them make the first move. Whether I'm intoxicated or not, I feel that [whatever happens] is what they want so I don't feel as bad about it. Usually I don't let myself get so far gone that I don't know what's going on and don't do something I'll regret. I guess that makes me more responsible on the subject.

On this topic, has anyone heard the Willie Nelson song "Ten With a Two?"
