You're kidding right? 30 days and two cars. That would take me six months!! Awesome stuff.

Re: Supercar of the 90's COMPLETED! Ferrari F50

30 Days for these two??? Well that's quick

Wonderful job you've done there, the details are just perfect and the paintjob(s) make these models to pieces of art!

Re: Supercar of the 90's COMPLETED! Ferrari F50

Thanks! Well, 30 days doesn't sound like much, but I was working on them every day for couple of hours, and you CAN accomplish a lot if you have a plan. Plus, once you have made an assembly, second one takes less time cause you know exactly how to do it.

Re: Supercar of the 90's COMPLETED! Ferrari F50

Looks great Alex, good job. My only criticism is the wheels, they are way too shiny since the 1:1 wheels look like painted silver and not chrome.

Also didn't think I saw in the build up but what is the texture on the underside of the engine cover (hood/bonnet)?

Mike

Yeah, I agree that wheels are a bit more shiny than on real car, but I like them this way. They are not exactly chrome, kind of like really shiny aluminum. Maybe I will tone them down with some flat clear later.

Thanks everyone!

Gorgeous! Those are two fantastic models. It's stunning that you made two that are so nice. The detail work is astonishing, and the finish is so clean it's hard to believe they're not the real thing. Top work.
