Don't know why this wasn't one of the first things asked, but what are you going for show or go? I can't realy make a comparision on which of the 3 would make a better show car, also can't make a correct comparision on which would be a faster car, but I would have to say the Civic would be faster, because of its weight.

IMO I would stay away from the Probe, my friend had one and he had to keep fixing something on it all the time. If you were to sell your civic and have to choose between Probe or 240sx, I would definitely go for the 240.

Just my .02

If you bought an old 4th gen civic, to roll in style, or have a nice quiet, comfy interior. Sell it now and by something else. Or, have a extra car for that purpose. I find myself going back to my G20 for a few days, just for that very reason. But very rarely will you find a car, that fits your style. You have to work on in, refine it, Make it yours. That's what being a enthusiast is all about. Hell, I know someone selling a badass CRX, leather interior, b18 swap, kit, the works. But why buy someone else's toy? Make it yours. It takes time, and lots of patience. Set a realistic date that you want to have something finished. Then work for that goal. It's just like life.

Oh, btw $1600 for a clutch and dizzy, ouch.

Well said Kris...My Civic is my daily driver but once in a while I'll drive the Mercedes its always a pleasant experience...Especially when its raining and roads are slick. I like the way the wiper on the Mercedes clears the windshield with a single stroke and how safe you feel inside. Civic's more fun to drive though...:flash:

And since there is a overabundace of these seats, he should have no problems doing so.

they aren't that hard to find. it was just a suggestion to an option nobody mentioned. i think i'd (personally) rather find some teg seats then to get all mine redone.
