Re: WIP DoLuck R34
Thanks guys, 253mph, the wheels are painted with AlcladII black and then with AlcladII Chrome.
Allright, this (I hope) will be the final stance, I also fitted a bigger intercooler, Fujimi muffler, the diffusors (the front one is from Aoshima). Now I see the wide rear wheels fit and the front ones can be steered, so I can continue without worry. ![]() ![]() |

Re: WIP DoLuck R34
A very nice weekend, all day at home on modelbuilding!
Undercarriage done, body painted (yes, I did overwork the fenders), now to the interior. Sorry, I didn´t like to do pics of progress, so here, that´s how it looks now. It needs some weathering shadows here and there. I´m really happy about my loud, de-cat exhaust system with the Fujimi metal on the end. With the rear diffusor I was really clumsy to destroy the fresh painted decal, so this is the second try, not from one piece as before... Re: WIP DoLuck R34

Re: WIP DoLuck R34
If there aren't any decals to use, you could try using a masking tape (with an adequate width), cut out the words 'ARC' on it & use it as a masking/spraying template and spray on the ARC words onto your Inter-Cooler.

Re: WIP DoLuck R34
Here it is, painted with Zero Nissan Midnight Purple and X22 clear. No idea why the orange peel is there, maybe too hot, too much overspray, on my BlitzERs nice smooth, here- orange runaround But itīs shiny! ![]() Hope you like it. ![]() ![]() Last edited by Risko; 06-21-2007 at 09:42 AM. |
