Well after only 3 full days in prison, she's out. She left because of an "unspecified medical problem" <insert guess at to what that could be and by whom here>. She is now on home confinement for 40 days with an ankle monitoring bracelet. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070607/...t/paris_hilton

Her "medical problem" was an allergy to mold and germs that she claimed were in the prison. A team of specialists were sent in to test samples from the prison. Apparently there have been other complaints from inmates but nothing was done until little miss whore got thrown on d-block.

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion asking the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to have her returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."

Late this afternoon, the judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT Friday.

Anyone who thinks jail should be a hotel-grade experience is missing the point. If the jail is dirty, it needs to be cleaned. Guess who should be detailed to keep it clean?
