Nope. Although I am sure it probably got called in.
I was really needing a release after the week I had at work and figured I would just go for it. Could have been a lot of trouble for sure.
But I did get the 'relaxation' I needed.

And 2.2...I have gotten so used to the power it almost feels average to me anymore.

yeah, but since you built it for F/I...

i got used to cars with ~400bhp because my friends are in the business of building them, after a while they were nothing special.

then i drove their company's hillclimb racer on a straight private road. ran 1014bhp at the fly with a single-shot intercooler. never felt anything quite like that.

The plan was originally F/I.
But I changed the build to N/A when I lost a job in the middle of the build. Upped the compression and went with much more cam than originally planned.

just do this kind of stuff on back roads or at industrial parks on a weekend when the lots are empty. i got busted one time for doing a big burnout in front of my old high school in the iroc. told the cop i was just learning to drive a manual and let the clutch go too fast. he bought it and got off with a warning.
