Re: Cross-Drilled Rotors

^^If you don't mind, that would be great. LOL 'Cause I seriously don't know what's good and what's not... I was just gonna go cross-drilled because I figured they were "good/better" but apparantly not. Thanks in advance.

Re: Cross-Drilled Rotors

speaking of brake upgrades, Slade, this will make you drool.

Supercar Engineering FWD NA Big Brake Kit

and here is a review on this brake kit installed on a FWD car.

there's some really good info in that review. also, the links at the bottom of the Big Brake Kit page offer invaluable information on brake upgrades, from the point of a professional.

Thats just ridiculous . . . for that price i'd do a TT front brake conversion.

There you go, not bad for Brembo blanks. Plus you'll get free shipping if you order two.

but that StopTech brake kit is far superior to a TT front brake conversion.

Whoa damn, nice find Polygon. Thanks a bunch!!! So driver and passenger sides should be the same, yeah (because it only indicates front and rear but no diver/passenger or whatever). I'm planning to change all 4 so I'll be getting a set. Thanks again bro!

And Linebckr49, that's...well...yeah... LOL ^_^

No problem man.

The driver and passenger rotors are the same. So just order two and you should be fine.

i DO plan on getting that big brake kit. should make spirited city driving much more fun, and it will give me an advantage over others when tracking my car.

Re: Cross-Drilled Rotors

So I was about to purchase the rotors when I decided too look around a bit and umm...are these any good? The bottom ones: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/pe...8&brandid=3629
I like the regular blank ones but I kind of want a little "look"/design to it so that when I get some rims (**knock on wood**) they'll look good together. So they're not cross-drilled but there are some lines (I'm assuming these are considered slotted) to it that makes it look better than regular rotors. Any good or just stick to straight blanks only? If they are good/okay then I need to find some for the rears...haven't found any yet...

It's a lot of money! And unless I have FI, I don't think I need it. LOL

Re: Cross-Drilled Rotors

Yeah, those are slotted and not a bad price either. They would be fine, they're just more expensive and will eat through pads faster.

Get ready to buy stock in some wheel cleaner.

Re: Cross-Drilled Rotors

^^I'm assuming brake dust due to the fact that it'll eat through pads a lot quicker? How much quicker?

Maybe I'll just stick to the ones you initially posted then...after all, I probably won't want to be replacing pads every year... Hehe
