Isn't there also sites on the web that you could leave feedback about them,( Epinions)? I know in the past when I was looking up something, I would come across reviews of products, and companies that the reviewer had done business with and there were reviews both positive and negative about the item/company.

I dealt with them before when I had a dodge stratus and ended up cancelling my order after getting a run around. Luckily they didn't jack any of my cash, lucky for them that is. I'd harass the shit out of them if I was you, why lose $30 thats a case of beer!

man, Andysautosport is terrible, but the way that kid with the Audi acted (and "speelled") was disgraceful...especially towards the end.

I suggest signing them up for gay porn....lots and lots of gay porn. You should also find a website (I'm not going to name any) that does an automatic phone dialer from an anonymous number to their shops every 5 mins. Tie up their phone lines.

From what I have heard most of the people who have had trouble used a Debit card.
Thier might be something in thier ULA on thier site pertaining to debit cards vs. credit cards

Still its against the law to with hold someones money like they do.
They probly hold everyones money in a high interest account, So they can make that little extra money.

I received a response from the Better Business Bureau today, Andysautosport.com has agreed to refund the remaining money to my account.

Very nice. I still won't ever buy anything from them, and I doubt anybody else seeing this thread will either. The damage was already done.

Well done. It's a shame that they can't do business in an honest manner and it takes some leverage from BBB and threats for them to be reasonable.
