Well, the engine is Brazilian in fact.....and is probably the most unimpressive part of the car.

One thing i want to point out - The new german things ARE NOT mini's!!

The classic mini's are the only true mini's. Here's how to distinguish between them:

Classic:

Noisy as hell,
British,
sticks to the road like glue,
British,
fun to drive,
British,
easy to repair,
and did i mention - BRITISH

Imposter mini's

German (need I say any more?)

let me guess, you drive either a:

"Festering shit-heap" (Fiesta)

or

"Shove me over" (Nova)

Can you tell me of any other car which weighs just over 600Kg, yet still has handling to out-do a Ferrari - AS STANDARD?

And I take you have a HUGE aluminium spoiler on your car - even though it FWD.Or maybe an exhaust the the local refugees sleep in because it's so large - even though your car's under 2000cc and gains no performance from it.

Have you done any serious mods?

Nope? Didn't think so, now go back to your LED washer-jets and stop slagging off a great car just because you've got a crap one

and finally, a well deserved

HaHa, I seemed to have touched a nerve there. So I take it you DO drive one of those crap cars then?

Oh yeah, just so you know, those air-rams do pretty much nuthin. And I also seemed to have guessed the size of your exhaust as well.

Come back when you have a real car (RWD), go back to your nova page, and get off the drag racing page - you don't belong here

So come on, what cc is your car?

I've got a 2.3L 1st gen RX7, and a 998 1978 mini

i've got a picture of my RX7 here if you don't believe me

http://www.geocities.com/diocmans_chair/net1ed.gif

# jap-style side graphics,
# dual-wing alloy spoiler,
# full undercar neons,
# LED washer jets+side repeaters,
# chaser lights at the rear,
# clear front clusters
# pace-car strobes
# Full Motek exhaust ststem,
# lowered sports springs,

So what are you running HONESTLY

you've got a nova/festa, so I'm not expecting more than a 1.4 with a bit of drain-pipe taped underneath it! Oh yeah, I want photo proof as well

5.7 - 340Bhp

Thats just under 60Bhp per litre!

My rotary is 1.1 - 110Bhp STANDARD = 100Bhp per litre!
With a peripheral port (which I'm currently doing) It will get close to 300Bhp without ANY forced induction. It's going into a stripped out mini using a beetle gearbox via a Kennedy adaptor and using a 700cfm holly carb. So why are you in the drag section with your standard trans-am?

Will you STOP quoting the entire fucking post! It's getting annoying you little prick!

Oh yeah, where's the picture?

Found it!

Don't you mean WS6 package, as in 325 hp stock??? The only Firebird that came with 340 or greater was a 2002 Firehawk with 345 hp from SLP...

mini's.......

First of all, T/A's are one of the greatest cars ever made! I don't think anybody should try to knock T/A's, especially if they own a little fucking mini. The only good mini is a turbo'ed mini, and stock, those can't even take a T/A stock. At least you got an Rx7. Those are pretty decent....bitch to work on, but nice rotary.

BTW, BlkCamaroSS, the HP numbers quoted for T/A's and even Camaros were dimmed down a little bit since they were a little too close to the numbers ran by the Corvettes, GM's flagship auto. You're SS should have a little more HP than was reported. I know it may not sound believable, but whatever. Believe what you want.

This I know, but since they were in the business of quoting stock numbers, I figured they might as well be right...
