You can't get a spyder in gsx (they are only gs/gst).

Surprisingly you will find many spyders in really good shape with low milage. Alot of them were garaged in winters by previous owners. For example I just last year bought a 97 with 58k on it it was previously garaged.
And don't forget that the front seats don't lean back.

That's about the only thing I don't like about my Spyder.

Re: 3kgt to Eclipse Spyder?

I like this thread.

If it were me man, I would also try to find some cheaper control arms for the 3kgt. If its that good of a car, you probably shouldnt get rid of it IMO. However, where the DSM might be a bit less reliable and less spacious, it will blow the fuckin doors off your 3kgt. If you are pretty set on gettin a new car, I wouldnt put a DSM out of the picture. For 8 grand you should be able to find a newer, lower milage one that *hopefully* hasnt been beaten on too hard. Just know this, when you get a turbo car, shits going to break especially if you drive it hard a lot. I personally dont like spyders much, I would stick to a hard top. GSX's are AWD and will be more expensive and rare but are way better then the FWD GST if you want to some racing with it. I dont know man, never hurts to poke around and see what you can find.
