Re: 06 camaro concept on dub trumps

you could.. I think they would be too big tho... jada rims are WAY too big on every other diecast model.. is it the Players edition 300c.. well either way they are huge.. in maisto terms.. thoes rims would be about 26's or 28's you would have to lift it..
As for functional lambo doors.. Jada toys 1:18th scale Magnum has lambo hinges.. thats what I used on the impala.. but I was not able to just take them off of the car and put them on the other one.. I had to fit them correctly.. by shaving metal down with jewlers files.. and then testing to fit again.. and shaving more.. and more and more untill they fit.. when the hinges are on the magnum they only opened about 45 degrees.. so I had to file them to have them open 85 to 90 degrees or it wouldetnt have been realistic at all..
if you are a beginer with customizing.. I wouldent recomend this.. it was a very long process that takes alot of patience and skill...

Re: 06 camaro concept on dub trumps

I just got the silver one and I must say that this can pass for a Showroom Floor model. I mean it just looks that way. And the door hinges got me too. I still want the Showroom Charger and Magnum...

Re: 06 camaro concept on dub trumps

Jada must have been forced to make it EXACALLY like the 06 camaro.. all of the other cars they have.. have the dog leg hinges.. all of them but this ONE car.. even all of the other "showroom floor" cars have doglegs.. but this camaro.. Thing is nice tho.. just not liking the Jada scale too much..
