Re: Kitreview:Hyundai WRC San Remo 2000 from Reji

Hi,

rumors say at the Nürnberg Toy Fair, that there are new kits to be expected from Reji:

Ford RS 200

Audi TT DTM 2003

Lada 2105 Gr.B

Renault Clio Maxi

looking through my old catalogs I found this (kits produced by Rallye Classics):

So let´s wait for the Reji kits, but I guess they will be very similar to Rallye Classics concerning the different parts of the kits.

Hi Micha,

A Lada in groupe B ???
I never saw this car, for a Group B collector it's not serious...!

Those news are quite good news, let's wait for the models to be released if they really are gonna be but a Clio Maxi would please me.

Thanks for posting this information here

Phil

RS200 has already been announced for months, they planed to propose 3 different models (team works, belga and marlboro if I remind it well)

Hi Phil,

exactly my thoughts concerning the Lada Gr. B.

Those Reji kits are always announced months or years before appearing ...

I agree; I think this page on Island Collectibles' site has not been changed for at least two or three years, so don't hold your breath.

Hello Sumak

Could you tell us more if you know something, please ?

What would you mean ? Does Reji have taken back rallye classic production, or is it only a temporary collaboration ?

because for what I know about that Reji kits (S1, hyundai, octavia...) have always been distributed under "a.l.l. models" & "Reji" Brands... So I don't really understand anything now...

Anyway, reji or rallye classic, I would really appreciate some of this kits !

Hi Phil,

REJI model has their own kit, but sometime distributed propably Rallye Classics or A.L.L. model kits too.
A.L.L. model was other czech company, but exist no more :-(

What I know, no more cooperations with Rallye Classics....

Who havent Audi Sport or S1, please wait...... would be reissued....

Hi manu,

these are exactly my thoughts: those kits were announced and mastermodelled by Rallye Classics, later they come as "new" models from Reji .

I don´t believe there is a cooperation between these 2 companies and it will never be.

A modelling friend from another forum recently mailed with the owner of Rallye Classics, if new kits can be expected from them at the Nürnberg Toy Fair. The disappointing answer of the Rally Classics owner was this:

"It's been a long time, we've talked to each other.I
had a very very sad two years in the past so I was not
motivated to do any models at all. That is why I was
off for so long.
The news about reji is always the same: copying
kits...
I know that I gave a Clio to jindra few years ago,
maybe he recasted it...About the TTR - I already saw a
copy on the internet. Would you have any motivation to
do any new kit after seeing those copies???"

Nothing more to say ....

Hi Micha,

I know propably all guys from REJI model personally....
I havent hear nothing about Audi TT, but heard something about Clio, but long ago......

Some "problems" were with Audi S1 and Octavia, I have heard both sides and I hope this is gone.. I hope...

By me is REJI now OK....its all...
