tips from the rice(er), you will learn how to hide from the cops
 I've had 15% tint now for almost a year or so with no cops pulling me over for it . You will learn how to roll down your windows, and stay far far behind a 5.0 vehicle or if it's behind you already, make sure it doesn't pass you. or make a turn to avoid it.
