Build it for semi n/a work - but pickup some lower compression pistons (go against the whole n/a theory BUT) then shoot it with some nitrous... dont think you will hit 11's - but thats life.

Well I still think I can get 11's but maybe high elevens, I think its possible... Just a lot of work would be involved... I want to do an all motor setup but I dont have the money to do that.

theres your problem. no money......no speed......you can make your car as fast as you'd like, but are u willing to put the time and money into it. dude here in bakersfield has a 96 civic running 11's street legal. took him a year though to build it. it depends on how bad u want it.

I would go for an 84 crx probibly the lightest honda made for sale here is the states then I'd drop an h22a. All the usual mods, in it add a turbo (18 to 20 lbs of boost) then mabie 2 stages of NOS 100 first shot then a 200 2nd stage, hope to hell you can keep traction and that your pistons don't melt to your cilinder walls and you should be clearly into the 10's IF all that works out if not you've just scrapped about 15000 in mods to me its not worth it but thats just me hey I havea 91 crx b18c5 and a 75 hp shot of NOS and I still smoke most of the Muscle cars around here and I get 30mpg like to see a big block chevy do that hehehe
:greenchai
