Re: WIP: Street Lightning

Looking good. IMO I think you should have left the roof normal, but to each is own right?

The wheels look good, nice contrast on them.

Is there anyway you can tuck the exhaust up tight against the body before you get it painted; the exhaust kind of looks like its hanging to the side a bit from what I see, but that may just be me, not sure.

Anyways, looks good! -Check out my 99 silverado thread.

Re: WIP: Street Lightning

looks good. i think you should chop out a section of the bedside so that the exhaust can tuck up more, then it will look much better. BTW that carbon fiber looks killer, good job

Re: WIP: Street Lightning

looks good. i would definatly recommend filling the gap where the grille piece connects to the fenders. it looks unfinished how it is now.

Re: WIP: Street Lightning

Uh...I think he meant the removed grille. I think that's it.
But,if you are going to paint it...wasn't the decals supposed to be applied after the paint??
Looks great!

Re: WIP: Street Lightning

Looks good!

Maybe I'll paint the middle of the wheels for my Supra, too. I don't know how the gun metal looks on it. I think a semi-gloss or a gloss black should look good. But now I' not sure in my idea. Can you take me a close picture from the wheel?
