The pulley fits kinda tight around the hub and can get rusted on, and sometimes you gotta give it a little whack with a screwdriver handle or rubber mallet to free it. As far as the rusted studs that hold the heat shields in place, PB-Blaster penetrant and a wire brush on a dremel tool should do the trick.
