always a nice car..... looks really nice except the wheels for me... It's too small, with some 19", it would be nice also......
Either that or he could use lower profile tires

I think the headlights need a black surround. And about those panel lines...

Just my humble two cents worth, but that's really nit-picking. That's one fantastic looking model.

Good Job P-man (I'm running out of things to say, you make em too fast)!!

Is it just me, or the rear spolier is a different white than the body?

Thumbs up Nice job there!

We need to have a contest sometime where we start building the same kit on X day and see who's gets the most done in the least amount of time!!

Nice work there, especially considering the kit's "Fujiminess". The glass fit and that rear "bookshelf" spoiler...in the two-car picture the blue STi looks like a real car, the T/K looks like a really nice model.

Tough crowd here too :sun:

Everyone's an art critic

I'm all for that. I'm real nit-picky w/ headlights and all. Pman, very nice work as usual. I'm truly envious of your skill. So, what's next?

Considering that you recently started a thread called 'Speed Building', I don't think I stand much of a chance. Speed building to me is 3-4 mos.

Thanks for your replys so far....just to answer a few questions.

Chris...The glass fits really well, must just be the angle the pic was taken. The quarters come with the kit but are not used for this model, but i thought it looked way better with them on.

Moss...Its just some tubing brought from the model shop and cut to length. About $5 for a metre....very good for exhaust tips.

Turbo86....the wing is the same colour as the rest of the car.

I'm not a fan of the rear wing either, but i wanted the car to look just the same as a real 1:1.....thats also the reason way the rims were left on the car.
IMO after looking at a few WRX's that are for sale in town here with those same rims....the size is very much the same.

Jay....maybe for the next kit!!

I've measured these rims and a few others with a caliper and they are to scale.

And, in scale, how big are those wheels, really?
