Nice work, the animated design is great to see your "how-to" process.

Exactlly!! A few people see a good job(patting self on back) and think its a simple thing and want the magic secret. There is no quick magical secret. it takes a long ass time. But it is so fun and that is the secret.

Re: Microsoft Paint Tuner

Great job! It looks really good!!

The rims are an interesting issue here. Here's how I'd explain it:

In the first one, the rims are seen in an angle slightly above the usual car, so that you can see the dish. The car itself is a pure side drawing, that'swhy it appears strange. To be perspectively correct, the wheels should turn to ellipses (more wide than high) when they are shown from an elevated angle.

However I like the first rims better than the others. They lack of depth imo, the free space between the spokes looks to big. Exactly the problem you wanted to avoid with the first set of rims, I guess. I think it's the freedom of the artist to make it look good een if the perspective is not 100% correct then.

Re: Microsoft Paint Tuner

Nice pics, if you want to see mine which are very similar, and made in paint, go to the thread called Andrej Lukic Customs 1-7, and more will come.
Feel free to leave comments!!!
