The reasons for wanting to quit in the first place are still valid, so now is the right time. Make the decision, and don't buy/beg/bum any. Make the decision to change, act on it, and continue to act. It will take willpower.

I recomend the patch, I smoked for 15yrs then I slapped the patch on for two weeks and I haven't had a cig now for 11months and 8days
