Sharon and Arafat are both pretty hard headed. I support Israel but still wonder about them. I heard something about the USS Liberty and how they fired onto it to draw us into some conflict or something.

Don't know about Iraq's human rights too much. Yeah, saddam did value education and made it available to his people. Yet he also gassed them too. Kind of reminds you about that one joke about the frozen bird that got shit on.

Israel is a delicate subject they endured to many wars so they won't do anything diplomatically because whenever they have tried they have been ignored


All the disruption in the middle east seems to link back to the days of the ottoman empire and World War 1 and 2

My predictions for Israel are as such, they will build the temple on the Temple Mount, and the world will either end, or more likely, not. After that, the Christian right will no longer support Israel. Eventually, left wing leaders will get in power, and there will be peace.

Hey, if the Catholics and Protestants can get along in Northern Ireland, think the Israelis and the Palestians can work it out
