Re: a few Pics

I was thinking about getting a sub box like that. Does it not give off good bass? What box are you thinking of going with next? I have 2 10's in individual box's and i am not satisfied with the sound they give out either. I was hoping a box like that would be better but i guess not

as far as the bass goes, i personally don't think it sounds that good. not a big fan of sealed boxes. i am not saying you won't enjoy the sound of the box it just pisses me the sqeeking noise it puts off. you are better of building a custom box that you know will fit and that you can match to your sub.

Re: a few Pics

Dont know personally how well it works BUT...... My bro works with a guy with that has an ext cab and he doesnt use box's. He has 2 10's with an open frame under the back seat. My brother has heard his system and says that it pounds! The theory is that since they are tucked under the back seat, it acts like a box enough as it is. So he is experiencing good sound with no box at all. Like i said, I personally have never heard the system but my brother is not an idiot, and he isnt easily impressed. Has anyone else ever heard of this, it was new to me and my bro.

I thought it might be bew like blue or something since he has a blue truck.

Don't you hate it when you have a red neck on the forum trying to figure out all these fancy saying.

Since my area is so infested with gangs I started SAG.

Snipers Against Gangs.

So far they keep away or it could be because they see about 10 of us cleaning Ar-15 and .50 BMG guns at my house after going to the gun range.

We look like a bunch of man apes walking around trying to look like bad a$$ in the garage.

I know, I need to grow up.

Have a great day.

Re: a few Pics

Nothin wrong with those guns , usually have one on my side . compact and keeps the hands free for work .Are the amps mounted behind the seat? Is there a button or strap to pull to get it forward ? I have not found one yet . Only had the Silvy a couple of months . I bought a Bazooka tube for mine but have not installed it yet . Front speaker is crackling now , Got to use excuse #1 soon. Rob
P.S. I thought the koozie was on the gear shifter.

As far as i know Silverados dont have a button to flip them down. (ext cabs i mean) I know my 99 doesnt for sure. Taking out the rear seats only takes about 3-5 min depending on what tools you have. Easy enough to get to. Plus once you get the settings where you want them at, you dont really need FAST access to them. Just my opinion, but i could just be lol.

I didnt think so. The rear seat pretty much has hooks that hold it to the cab so i dont think any of them flip down.

Yeah i dont see why they wouldnt continue that idea...... Would love to meet an engineer to ask them a few questions, lol. I want to know why in 99 they didnt put in a 4th door on the ext cab. They put in 3 but didnt think that people would want access to the other side?

Re: a few Pics

They started putting the 4th door in mid 2000.
My truck is a 2000 but with the 3-door
I wish I would have known that, I would have watched out for that.

Do you guess like the way the NBS 07's ext cab doors open? all the way to the bed of the bed of the truck. Finally!!!
