Re: Everyday cars you'd like to see made into diecast

the two i would really like to see would be a 1:18 IROC Camaro (right now only the race car is made in 1:24) and a 1:18 Eleanor GT500 which i think is coming out soon.

Nice car (1:1) there! So you already got the diecast of your car and just hope for the diecast release of the newer model (2007) right?

Camaros would be a good choice too, it's pretty popular among car enthusiasts I think...

If you scroll down, you'll see the 1:24 diecast. Yeah I bought one, but I wouldn't mind getting a few more in other colors, but they don't make them anymore. They might have a promotional one for the newest model year, but I haven't gone by the dealership to check. Regardless, it would be nice if they started making them. I never tried making one from a kit, but if they sold one, I would surely try.

I agree the Camaro would also be nice to get.

oops I thought it was a 1:18! That's not that bad then for a 1:24 there......

I don't know about old RX-7s G-man, but if you are interested in the 95 RX-7, there is one heck of a diecast by Kyosho and for only around $30 too on eBay=).

Wow!!! Thanks for the link....too bad I don't collect 1:24s though, I only buy 1:18s. Also, the price seems too high for the quality of the diecast. I would definitely buy it if it were made by the likes of Autoart or Kyosho though (sigh, I could only hope)...
BTW, the civic model I posted previous is probably better than I thought it was, you can see different pics here Nice model, but I still think it's too expensive though....

Re: Everyday cars you'd like to see made into diecast

ZL1power69 actually the eleanor diecast has already come out. I have one and for the price it is a very good quality. though the hood is a little screwed up. It is done by shelby collectibles.

Re: Everyday cars you'd like to see made into diecast

If someone out there made CLS55 AMG, I'd cream in myself.

Other than that, I wish someone would do the Mercedes-Benzes W126.5 (1986-1991), the significance of those were that they were a milestone for MB, it was the car that they sold the most in all their history. Would also love to see a W124 E500, W140s, BMW E32 750s, BMW E38s and E39s more often, all in 1/18.

I'd also want someone out there to bring back the E31 8-series models.

That's all i can think of right now.

Now that I think of it, I wished Kyosho or Autoart made a 1:18 2007 STi Legacy B4 Sedan
