If its pearl clear i guess it can be used.. But i never tried gunze pearl b4... i know tamiya one needs afew layers to get a nice pearl

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

Hmm... since i already have a standard murcielago.. i was thinking of making this one a tuner version . Something crazy rich people would do to their cars just for the fun of it...

So i took the wing and did some measurements to make sure i got it in the right position. The rear area as in the picture was measured. It stands at 3.9cm. The wing stands sit on 1.4cm.
So getting it in the middle would be 3.9cm - 1.4cm = 2.5 divided by 2 which is 1.25cm.

Upgraded brakes if i change the rims.. More drilled holes + brembo logo
Left is the new brakes disc and right is the kit standard
I will mod the disc and hubs to fit perfectly

Close up of the brakes

One of the two rims... Kranze Cerberus

2nd set .. Deep dish BBS style

So vote away! which set would u like to see on this murcielago?!

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

My vote for the Kranze Cerberus, I think they'll make look this Lambo more aggressive, may be with the center in a dark metallic gray, or anthracite.

Keep us posted.

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

Pictures of the modified suspension brake system.. Brembo calipers in red and with the kranze attached on

As u can see the front wheel are too deep in... i have to modify it again to fit

The murcielago was lowered about 0.2cm to give it a more agressive look.

Measurements of the ride height.
Old murcielago

Current WIP one

Test shots after modifying the front wheels sightly

Still needs abit of work ... Enjoy!

Rims still can be changed but the kranze do look very good on the car

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

Ok! AFter a long long time.. i finished the body and got the correct rims for the murcielago. The rims were hard to find.. i had to look high and low until i saw it on ebay and grabbed it. Only the wing mirrors are left which will be done in black with gloss clearcoat. I replaced the front logo with a lamborghini word decal and added another two , one on each side of the car.
Wheels are from Aoshima VIP series : Bersalio Spoke III
Engine and interior is almost done.. hopefully i can finish it within the next few days...

Hope u guys like it! ...

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

Right now working on this diorama... I shall not reveal it yet~ The lambo is currently having some work done on the engine and interior... so its drying from the paint and etc...

I decided that ill enter this into the contest just to try my luck... ill take the final picture of it on the diorama that im building... heh

Some bushes for the diorama , stems just need trimming :P

A mini gallardo for a display in the diorama

Some of the landscaping materials

I hope more people would view this thread lol.... may its because a murcielago doesnt have any kick or interest to spark

Re: Lamborghini 2-Tone Murcielago Pearl Gunmetal & Pearl Black

Well, I'm interested...

I'm watching this good job since the beginning…
Keep it up, that diorama starts looking nice, what did you use for the asphalt?

Cheers
