and the 4WD tranny on the 4th gen is an auto...

Oh..hahaha, sweet then 4th Gen 3sge is the vvt-i one, IF the Caldina GT-T 3sgte wants to be called the 4th gen then it came in manual and auto yeah??

yes , 4th gen is the vvti one.

I don't believe AWD/3S-GTE/Manual trans is an option. That's why I blocked it out of my mind. It sucks! 3S-GTE is a sporty engine, why no sporty trans.. lol.. just MHO.

Cool....not to many altracs around in the US yeah?? I remeber reading of a REAL quick one in the 10's.

10.2.....in my dreams too That's a Japanese car, there's HEAPS that run 10's in Japan, here in NZ there's not too many around and bugger all below 12's. Im yet to put mine down the quarter but I'd expect mid 12's to mid 13's as it is now with the minimal mods I have

I thought i read that Pat ran a 10.8 not a 10.2 1/4mile.
Don't matter the way things are looking
Mike Colons and his hybrid MR2 will be in the 9's
its stillin the tunning stage.
With gremlins it did a 310Wheel hpwr at only 7lbs of boost. Its only a 2.2lter
Pats i thought is a 2.3 since he has a stroker kit in his motor

Did anyone NOTICE - that mr2turbotexan hasn't posted since he now looks like a fool. THe first ? wasn't even about a 4thgen MR2 engine
its about a 4th gen 3S motor. I don't know
