Yep, I have to say that I have heard of reliability issues with the LSVtec, however, I cannot imagine them to be anything but builder/operator error. Granted no rebuild will last 200k+ like the original Honda motors, but I think as long as you take your time building it or have it professionally done, break it in properly, and dont beat on it every chance you get you should be fine.

Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order.
The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
