LMAO!

NAaaaaAAHHHH! The cars are the cars... it's the PEOPLE that piss me off. I drove an 87 Ford F150 that was COMPLETELY shot in the ass for about 4 years, THAT would have been a good target for poking some fun. A car is transportation, sometimes you can make it fun. Those guys, admittedly somewhat funny, were a bunch of idiots. They were bragging on their crappy little 600 hp stang from like a 48 CI engine. I could have cared less about their cars, until they started bragging about them. Rule # 1, don't think you have the right to brag about your car, because someone, somewhere, has something bigger, badder, and more expensive than you ever imagined... (I'm just waiting for someone to roll out a 1500 HP electric vehicle that stomps everything in it's way.)

Well, if it qualifies, I think I've now brought my Corolla up from 96hp to 101ish?

Oh, but wait, add in the 2 bowling balls in the trunk, there goes the laws of physics, eh the hell with it.

But seriously, I don't care about the statements like "those guys are idiots" that's fine. It was the direct linking to the brand and generalization. Every car of every make and model has a secret cult of hillbillies somewhere that done the unthinkably stupid to it and thought it looked like class A work to them. This is why I have writen congress to ease up on the drinking and driving campaign and focus more on expanding the warning label on alcohol to include

Warning: The comsumption of alcohol may impare your ability to repair or otherwise enhance curb appeal of a motor vehicle.

I said no such thing... Not ONCE did I mention FORD or MUSTANG in my post talking about... Gotcha, not doing it here either!

Maybe to clarify... I was talking about the trash talking idiots that made the site, not people who drive cars, be they Maro's, Stang's or horse and freaking buggies and their realtions to those cars . I truly despise braggarts, the trash talking is one thing... bragging is something else entirely... makes me mad. (Irrational I know, but can't help it.)

Besides, I was under the impression that they weren't strictly Mustang owners, but I don't really care to go back and check.

Oh well, those guys still suck and are OBVIOUSLY trying to cover some sort of physical innadequacy by singling out those of our GM brethren who are deficient (perhaps have an overabundance?) a few brain cells in the visual / artistic region of the brain, and whom we ourselves make fun of. Makes me want to makes them part of RD's paint job.

622 hp out of a 302... OK, and you have HOW much wrapped up in that thing? Probably could have bought a spaceship for less.

Great, I cant' type, he can't read (or comprehend, whichever) I give up, I've been planning on getting my har cut, had no idea what I wanted to do, but Jim, you;ve made up my mind, a mullet it is. This way it'll just figure why things are, well the way they are.

Edit - Jim, I'll ship out the hair they take off the top and expect to see it glued to the back of your head as well.

LOL... yeah, and I'll put a "git-r-done" sticker on RD's windshield, put it up on blocks in the front yard, put the sofa out there with a styrofoam cooler of Schlitz and Wild Turkey and get down to some country western.

Off-center, you know, like odd line of thought. Funny part is I understood the whole thing, and was trying to come up with more!

Re: a site made by mustang owners

Wow. Talk about going waaaaaaaaay off topic for a minute or so... Or maybe not so far off when you think about it. Anyway, one of the implications I got from that site was you see more camaro's parked in front of trailers. In reality, if you go by any trailer park out in the boonies you will see just about every kind of car parked out front. It's the ones in back that don't run that count most . But seriously, on a ski trip we take every year, we pass this beat up run down trailer from the 60's with a rusting out f-150 parked in front, a mustang on blocks, and 4 (yes 4) brand new snowmobiles on a new trailer. Every year its 4 new sleds, new trailer, same truck, same mustang, same beatup trailer. Two lots down its the same except a camaro on blocks. I'll get pictures this winter if they are still there.
