Yeah. I don't take it places. I jsut didn't want a desktop laying around. And HP laptops have always been great IMO. It weighs like 9.5lbs or something like that. Heavy and thick, but awesome. 3 cooling fans on that laptop. It's great for high power 3D modeling and programming. Also great for music editing and all once I record it, such as mixing and mastering.

Re: Post your computer specs

Dell Inspiron 9100
15.4" widescreen
3.2 ghz P4 w/ HT
1 gb ram
256 mb ATI Radeon 9800
60gb 7200 rpm hd

Does what I need it to do. I wouldn't consider it a portable computer though...

Re: Post your computer specs

I was beginning to wonder if anyone was paying attention...

Ok, for real this time .

HP Pavillion dv5000
ATI Radeon express 200m
AMD Turion 64 (whatever the fuck that means, ha ha) EDIT: just looked, 1.79 ghz
100 gig hd
1 gig ram
DVD burner
15.4" widescreen (and 20" TV via S-video when I watch movies)

I dont really have that badass of a setup, but it would be freakin insane wouldnt it?

hahaha you bastard, I was thinkin' how the hell you would get a setup like that. Honestly I didn't even think it could exist, I have never seen a MB with 4 processor slots. Even servers only have up to 2 as far as I know.

Re: Post your computer specs

I had a big elaborate plot to photoshop some rediculous MB with 4 processor slots and a shit ton of ram but I ran out of drive to do it. 4 processors would be completely extraneous anyway .
