Beautiful work Chris. clean and perfect in every aspect. you are my rolemodel . How do you get the edges so crisp? did you use plastic stock as the backbone? again, a great job.

That's exactly right. There was not much putty used on this at all, just small amounts to fill areas and shape contours.

Beyond amazing.
What tools do you use to keep the edges straight when sanding? Did you use a dremel or anything like that?
