I'll bet that transverse engine FWD setup really improves the car a lot

That's what you call a photochoppers shortcut.

Re: New Mazda MX-5 released.

"Jada" as it is, and unloaded though the driving wheels may be, at least the fender flares really MEAN it this time.

Hey Bob - is it me, or do these Fujimi kits just not show up all that frequently on The Mag's review lists?

Re: New Mazda MX-5 released.

The new bB kit also has the springy suspension, and it looks like it's got a tab setting to adjust the ride height.

Toyota bB Styling Package Ver.A Fujimi 1/24 ID-127

No 1.5L 1NZ-FE motor, though.

Edit:

The new Toyota Estima has besprunged suspension too, but I can't really make out what's going on at the top of page 2, step 5:

Toyota Estima G/X Fujimi 1/24 ID-8

I'm sorry but I don't get all the hype. It's just a Miata. Isnt this the car that women buy and call a sports car?

HAHAHAHAHA

Someone hasn't ever seen these race. Or driven them. Or... anything.

WTF, Jeff??

Dunno...looks like if I printed this beast I'd have to print it on rice paper

I guess Fujimi is stingy with review samples; if the mag's get 'em, they'd get reviewed. I just built Hasegawa's Fairlady Z432R for review, and have a Tamiya SLR on the way for another.

Re: New Mazda MX-5 released.

That's interesting. Wonder why Fujimi would hold 'em back.

Yeah, Trumpeter was a bit slow with their Monte Carlo, so I started on my personal kit to get the review underway, and The Mag replaced it when they finally got their sample.

You like your Fairlady as much as I liked mine?

Loved building it. Hasegawa's got it going, that's for sure. Wish they'd do more.

I'll post other pics of it after it's published.

Men buy a Miata because it's a sports car. Women buy a Miata because it looks cute.
