Thank a lot you kind guys,i really love this place!d^O^b Hey gio i always go to the cavallino.cc to see great pics but i don't know why i forgot it this time...thank you!MPWR i'm sorry i forgot your question,yes i cut the styrene with my hand with the TAMIYA sharp side cutter and then did some sand works to make them smooth.

very small update
i machined the F1 gear stick head(i don't know how to exactly describe again...- -sorry guys...)   and scratch build the plate and the buttons,here's a picture showing comparing with the original one.  some test fit,not that bad~

Thats looking really good... maybe u could add the 4 "bolt" at the 4 corners of the panel on your new one
 should make it look perfect!

some very small update,the model will be finished within 20 days i think...
    pity no extra detail will be add to the engine for i don't have suitable reference pics,i will just paint it as well as i can to make it realistic... Last edited by auw12; 11-05-2006 at 05:26 AM.

Everything you've done so far looks fantastic!
By the way, can anyone who's seen a 612 in person confirm that the whole "blades" of the front grille are chrome and not just leading edges? I wasn't able to tell with 100% certainty either way from looking at the pictures.
