Where I work, the people with the big degrees are the ones that can't seem to think straight. They make big decisions about our facility without thinking of the problems that could potentialy harm either the patients, employees or the facility itself. For example; they have decided to build a track for walkers around the grounds. Not a bad idea really, but no-one thought to budget lights, some form communication or a way to get help to the far end of the facility grounds to help incase of injury or illness. The facility sits in the middle of a damn cornfield surounded by woods for Gods sake.
