Bit better than where the term "Milk Run" comes from in terms of fake bombing, an old guy I know was from the RAF and said they used to drop milk bottles as the hollow bottle made a sound like a heavy bomb.

when I was living near RNZAF Ohakea the fly boys excelled themselves by accidentally dropping a practice bomb on the town of Bulls...in a stroke of poetic justice,it caused severe damage to the roof of a rental property owned by the RNZAF.......

Lol, yeah in one of our Pitch Black exercises our boys had the explosive bolts give way and they dropped an inert sparrow through the bonnet of a guys old landcruiser
