you'll never want to drive your cavy again after the cobalt. but yeah good choice. i like the cobalts better then the srt-4's.

Shutup with that BS. The car only replaced the Cavalier, other than sharing the ecotec (last 2 years or so in the Cavy) there is nothing the same about the cars. Nice choice Jayson, I'm sure you will enjoy it. www.cobaltss.net will be your best friend.

Re: Cobalt SS S/C it is
well i guess im gonna have to start looking for a black cobalt now...and you have to find me cruisin in my white 3000..... hopefully if i mod it up and get it running 100% i might have a small chance to keep up with you.,..lol
edited:: WOW check out the specs http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.s...nc&usedcarstab Me: 225hp 201 TQ Jayson: 205hp 200TQ but mine is heavy and auto and his is a manual.... i think if i was running 100% and so was he it would be a pretty nice race... Re: Cobalt SS S/C it is
Jayson's car is roughly 500-600lbs. lighter then your car sportsb4life7. Not to mention that it is well known that the Cobalt SS is underrated. They've dynoed them to 217whp on more then one occassion. They did this to keep up with the SRT-4. Though I really think that Jayson should've waited for the turbo model that is rumored to come out.
All in all he should enjoy the car though, as it has more grunt then his former car. Now he needs to learn how to drive it, as a manual car is much harder to launch then an automatic one.

Re: Cobalt SS S/C it is
I actually liked the exterior on his Cavalier better but I like the Cobalt interior more...

Re: Cobalt SS S/C it is
ill have to admit im very happy with this car. before i bought it i thought of it as another cavalier, but it really is a huge step forward.
I didnt want to wait for the turbo version, the 2007's are out, and they still have a supercharger. Yeah driving and launching it is gonna take some getting used to, but ill keep working at it. Sorry no pics yet, its been nothing but rain here in michigan. |
