I don't know if it would be harder on a G. You don't have to take off the front bumper at least.
My friend (owns Protege5) and I are going to try that CAI method sometime.

Yes, I have seen the Del Sol with the home made intake. In fact I was the one that posted a link to his webpage on this forum not long ago.
It would be nice to be able to see some others who have made their own. |

It would take a little bit of ingenuity to make an intake for a p10 with the little space you have. But my firend wanted an intake, so I whipped up a pop cahrger for him. this is what it looks like...
