to the one who said being all natural and the other guys were on protein. I point at you and say idiot! The fact that you eat protein everyday and your body needs it so you can live is basicly all natural. Creatine is found in many foods also and that also makes it all natural so have creatine, protein, whey is all natural.

well, to answer rice(er)s questino first: i was brought up in a pretty quiet community with no one my age. i sat at home and owned at mario 1,2 and 3 for nes. i ended up gaining weight around 3rd grade i believe. i was 200 right after school let out in 8th grade. i basically biked for 14 miles a day, going to cuz house and other people's houses. i ended up at 168 i believe with a 6-pack in a month. since hgh school, i gain weigh from the dman school food. now im like 14% BF at 200. so, basically, im trying to get back to 10% BF, since erone in my school is conceded, and that it'll help with football/track as well.
i will say this once, i will not take creatine. i dont do such a high amount of cardio as creatine requires, so i would get buff, but also get puffy in the stomach. i am also in the whole part of 'cutting', so creatine wouldnt do me any good for what i want anyway, how i want it. o and yes rice(er), i am serious. i would love to be the most ripped one outta the group of people i hang with. cant stand it when we go to the mall and we grab a group of fine girls, only to get 'stuck' with the really ugly one that is one of their 'friends', yet i was the one who in the first place went over there to make conversation till my buds come over as well. the whole eating right thing and regualarly exercising isnt the problem for me, its the school foods make me gain thing for me basically. i do this every year, but imma do what i can to keep it going throughout the school year. whey protein is the way to go for me actually. im about a week away from becoming 'skinny' again to where i dont have my love handles no more. i actually take in about 40g in a sitting, 5 meals a day sometimes 6. i am looking to bulk up a little, but i am as i am told a really nice build that i dont need to bulk up much more than i am already. i dont want to become a walking square if you know what i mean. ive gone to bb.com, but only for workouts for certain muscle groups and how to do my splits. the whole show thing is to be able to outshow most people how much ive changed and how dedicated i really am to something, as i have problems with being commited to anything. |

you looking to bulk get a nice 40,40,20 ratio which is 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. Eat about every 2 hours. Your 200lbs so you should eat around 4000 calories a day. Eat 400g's of protein a day, 400g's opf carbs a day and 89g's of fat a day.

rice(er), i know what ur going for. the whole personallity thing is great and all, but ive been running on that for about 4 years. i just want it to be more of a 'bonus' as you might say. and i personally dont like it when people talk to you since u got bank. thats y i go shopping bummy, but not too bummy, and see who helps me. if their an ass, they dont get my commission. im not the cocky sob that erone in the school hates as they say. idk, if u hanged with me for like a day or so, u'd see what i mean. im not the most 'popular' person in school since i dont drink/smoke at parties and things.

Dood if u want it bad enough, and with 180g of protien a day and every day lifting you will get there. It just takes time. You will see awsome results after the first month then it starts to get a lil slower. Just make sure u isolate the muscle groups and u will be swull in no time. Lifting weights is addicting, on top of that the ladies are allways a big fan of the swullness.
Make sure u do your cardio though. Hit the bike or the treadmill for 15 mins at a fast pace at the end of your work out. BTW your the one who decides which girl u get to talk to. All u need is confidence and to be yourself. Lifting helped me with that x100. Also ricer... just cause u don't have cash doesn't mean u don't get girls. not every girl out there is in it for the money. Highscool is a lil tricky but once u hit college its a whole different world. The super hot ass girls normally wont touch u unless your 7 feet taller then them while u stand on your wallet. But everything else doesn't give a damn how fat your wallet is. All the muscles is doing for him is giving him that much needed confidence. Without it your just another guy with confidence issues that they don't want to deal with. P.S. Best thing in the world is when u trick them into asking u to take your shirt off cause they want to see the mucles. cause then u have to go ahead to get them to take thiers off

you will never reach full potential with what you eat. it does take time and dedication but it also takes nutrition and with 180g's your lacking that.
I got 400lb deadlifts under my belt, I used to train with the biggest mofo in the gym, he ran at like 260lbs and could outlift him on the back movements. I know what it takes to make it, take a minute and take my advice or go read it up. All this fitness talk is making me want to drive across the street to the gym and get a membership to get my fat ass in shape.
I could walk or jog there of course, but that would be too much work.

yea he does, sorry to argue but you can work for f*&$% ass off but if your not eating right nothing is gonna happen, maybe at first you will grow without eating right but after lifting for a long time its damn near impossible to get any bigger without a proper diet.
