Because dogs are naturally dumb. Well, none of my dogs have ever done that. But golden retrievers are way smarter than the average K-9.

I have 2 dogs. red fox lab and and chocolate lab. I have to say labs are one of the best dogs there is. I really cant stand those lil purse dogs!!!! pointless in my opinon.

my dog is so damn old she can not see where she is going and runs into walls. and she can't here worth shit i yell at her and she looks the other way. i call her ray as in ray charles because she can't see where in the hell she is at,lol. i know it is mean.

haha my first dog was just like that. cocker spaniel and was deaf as shit and pretty damn blind also. like you i would call her and she would go run the opposite direction as me. lol she would be running into shit all the time too.
