3-4 am. And I wake up at 7 to go to work. And then, on my days off people like to call me at 8:45 and wake me up...
I don't sleep much anymore, I think I'm pretty well adjusted. As soon as I move I'll go to bed at a normal time.

getting into a good rythmn of going to bed around 10:30 and getting up at 6:45. I'm working about 55 hours a week (just Mon-Fri) so I need to work on getting to bed at about 9:30.

What is this sleep you all speak of?
 Between my daytime work and AF work I get up at 7:30, get in to work at 9, leave 5, go to bed at 1 and the cycle repeats. Except on Saturday and Sunday when I usually sleep in late, but with the World Cup I get up at the same time just to catch the games. TS (taking sleeping pills)

Usually go to bed between 9 and 11. Although I'm usually already in bed with my laptop but eh. I have to get up just before 6 to get ready for work.

 The last few weeks/month I've been hitting the sack around 7/8Am, sometimes a bit later. Havn't had much to keep me on a normal schedule as of late. Usually sleep until somewhere between noon to 3. Recording the world cup games just in case

In the weekends it depends how piss drunk I get after work on Friday.
