DOn't take his advice, he's an old hag and drives like one, almost like Captain Slow in top gear, so of course he'll go for the boring Yaris

Honestly, I think the Fit is more exciting than the Yaris. I found the Yaris to be a bit boring. Also I believe the Fit handles a little bit better than the Yaris. In addition, also found that the Fit was slightly better equipped.

BUt both will get you from A to B economically with virtually bulletproof reliability, and practicality.

The Fit (Or Jazz as we call it) handles and rides like crap. Torsion beam suspension has never been a Honda strong point. The Yaris on the other hand is quite a nice little thing to drive.
