How Many Miles Does Your Corolla Have?

164,000 miles on a 94 GEO Prizm. It is still a very solid car. I replaced the starter, alternator, motor mounts, and CV joints. I use 1 quart of oil every 2500 miles.

1996 DX 1.8 liter, 5 speed manual, 36-38 mpg with 181,000 miles. I use Mobile one 5w-30 oil and change every 7,000 miles. Daily commute 60 miles on rural highways. I add less than a quart of make up oil over the 7,000 mile change interval.

Will buy another when this one dies. I've looked at the new Rolla's and have been disappointed how the car is no longer a simple commuter car. I guess the buying public is demanding more options on the lower end of the Toyota lineup. I just love the simplicity of maintaining my older model and wonder if this simplicity will carry forward to the newer ones?

Close to 232k miles on '91 Corolla GTS (AE92) and I am considering throwing on a used turbo on it just to see if it survives or goes - engine runs good.

Needs new shocks. That's about it.

1991 corolla dx 5 speed with 180000 miles on the body and about 85000 on the engine from a junk yard when the last one blew up shoving a rod through the block. Other than that it still runs bran new and won't stop.

I have a '94 corolla dx, 1.6 L with 152,000 miles. In Jan. 2005 at 125,000 miles, the differential failed when my wife owned it because she failed to notice a differential fluid leak. She called Toyota and they gave her a $500 manufacturing coupon for a new one. She bought a 2005 Corolla.
I sold my 99 Mazda Protege for $4,000 and started driving the corolla after I had it repaired. I've driven it for almost 30,000 miles in a 1-1/2 years after the repair and working great, but will take it to a transmission place for a check up for my peace of mind. I've spent about $1000 in standard tune-up and repairs since. I will give it to my daughter when she turns 16. She is 16 months old!!!

My Corolla ('95 4AFE 1.6L DOHC-4) is still "young" miles wise (64469) -- just passed emissions today (dyno results follow):

HC 0.05, CO 0.4, NOx 0.54

Compare that to 2004

HC 0.13, CO 0.7, NOx 0.53

She's getting better... The only difference is 3 years and a K&N filter.

1995 dx with 155000 miles, one front end collision, two deer strikes, one tree limb attack, one shovel attack, and to top it all off, someone kicked one of my hubcaps in! still runs like the day i got her...just looks a little worse.

98 corolla VE with 235,600. still runs perfect, 30 mpg in the cold, 35+ when its warm. most ive gotten was 39 last fall, and that was with the car out of allignment and 2 of the wheels werent balanced, not too bad for a car with so many miles. just passed inspection and emmisions a few days ago, so its good to go another year.

'90 Corolla LE 5 speed, 115k miles, consistently getting 43-45 mpg, but I drive it very easily, and with fuel mileage in mind.
