I could stack up 3 more the way it is!! That's the last thing I need is another blown block. Maybe if just one would decide to stay together then that might be possibility.

UPDATE TIME!!!

Well I went out to the shop again to do some more work. My goal tonight was to get the engine out of the GST and get it ready to be torn down and inspected. Well, I got half of my goal done, I got the engine out, but not without a fight. God damn these turbo motors are hard to pull out. Unless I'm doing something wrong, I keep getting these little bolts and pegs and shit that catch on all these different parts of the car all the time. Anyways, I got it out but we don't have another engine stand so it looks like I'm off to Napa tomorrow to get a stand so I can start tearing these motors down. That's the goal for tomorrow night, to have both motors torn down and I want to know what kind of condition they are in internally. I took some pics tonight (just a few) so I'll post those up for you guys to look at.


This engine doesn't look all to great cosmetically either, but it's whats on the inside that counts.
