Hey Bri-

Do any of those Civics (Spoon hatch, especially) include the engine bay/opening hood, or are they all curbside?

Thanks

mdaniels, all the civic models are curbside but I'm planning on installing the revell ITR engine in the EG hatchback and the Type-R conversion

Bri-

Thanks for the info. I guess the Revell Tuner kits (due in December) are going to be the first Civics with engines then...

I am thinking about the same thing. What is your approach going to be? Both of these models are enroute to me by mail and I haven't seen them yet. Are you going to use the underhood molded detailing from the ITR or is there anything under the hood of the EG model that might work?

Matt

matt, I wish I can get my hand on those revell civics but we don't get much american brands (amt, revell) over here. Regarding the underhood details, I'm planning to build my own engine bay (with epoxy putty probably) since I'm going to build the revell ITR still so don't want to waste the engine bay. I'm making resin copies of the engine though so I wouldn't have to buy so many kits just for the engine! Goodluck on your project, it's going to be a lot of work but nice when it's completed
