Jap. version cool lets GT1 it's got to be the GTO TwinTurbo 941 hp top speed 241. GT2 non other than the 93 Honda DelSol Si or the Skyline R34. Too bad you cant get the same hp as in the first game

In GT1, GTO all the way. Top speed of 263 without drafting. 0-60, unbeatable from what I've seen.
In GT2, I would have to say the Toyata GT one road car. I have gotten it up to high 270's i think. I'm not sure off the top of my head. But I acheive that speed in the corners with the GT one. I have seen the Escudo going over 315 mph. I cant get mine over 295.

Skylines..all of em. I love them. But aside from them, it would have to be the Audi S3.

I have the lowend Vector and I like it. I don't race with it that much but it is a good car. A really good car is the R GT40. It has 492 hp but flies like it has closer to 600. The GT40 is my second favorite car. I think the Toyota GT1 is the best handling car.

Cool

My personal favorite car is one I never expected...a Ford Focus 3 door with ~295 hp, normal or sports tires in front, sim tires in the back. Test run that on my fav track, Grindelwald, and do some sweet drifting just for the fun of it, not trying to get a good time.

Also, I will post exact instructions very soon, but due to a glitch, you can drive off the track in Motor Sports Land (Arcade mode only), allowing you to hit absolute top speed in any car (rev limiter, top gear). I've done 330 this way with the Suzuki Escudo.

I would have to say that my favorite, considering that I do not own a GT-1. Is my 3000 GT VR-4 Turbo. 695 HP, AWD, AWS, beats almost any car off the line, can hug the inside line of the test course at 205mph.

I think the best handling car, fast too, is a brand new Toyota Sprinter Treuno BZ-R completely modified except Racing modification and traction control, etc.

It'll take the first (light) turn at Tahiti Road at 150 MPH

I just bought the game not too long ago. I have a couple good cars too. The Speed 12 is fast as hell! It's pretty much undrivable, spins the tires all the way into 3rd gear and even a little into 4th. Also the Unasia Jecs Racing Skyline GT is fast. I ran a 9.5 in 1/4. So far my all aroun favorite cars have to be the Cerbera LM edition (incredible grip and handling), the Concept Car LM edition (from Dodge, also great handling car) and the Racing GT40. The GT40 has tons of grip but it's really hrad to drive, it oversteers like crazy. Where do you win the Toyota GT1?

I've got a modded a Skyline R34 with 774hp. The thing is easy to lauch and it's really quick of the line but the handling sucks ass big time. It understeers like crazy!
